4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to select locations worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. KeepRockiN Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Final sale items, personalized items, and certain luxury pieces are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Product Care and Authenticity

All KeepRockiN Luxury products are authentic and sourced directly from authorized suppliers. Each item comes with care instructions. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or normal wear and tear.
